Sing with The City Choir of Washington

Are you a singer who is dedicated to the art of beautiful choral music? Would like to sing under the direction of a GRAMMY-winning choral conductor? Are you excited to meet new people who are equally as thrilled about music as you? Then, The City Choir of Washington may be the very group for you.

Rehearsals take place on Monday nights, with additional day and evening rehearsals as a concert approaches. Rehearsals are held at St. Columba's Episcopal Church in Washington, DC.

Singers with The City Choir of Washington are required to audition with the Artistic Director each season. The City Choir has high standards for its singers, and not all who audition may be chosen. Auditions are typically held in the late spring and summer and are announced in The Washington Post. Auditions may be held as needed for particular concerts throughout the season.
